Paleo Challenge Begins September 29th!!

Are you ready to LOOK, FEEL and PERFORM better than you ever have? If the answer is "YES!" then the Paleo Challenge is for you. This 28-day Challenge will take you back to your "original human diet" and transition you into a lifestyle of feeding your body the way it was designed to be fed.  We know you're ready for a change and we're here to give it to you! Challenge Includes

• Rules of the 28 Day Challenge
• A personalized Food and Performance Journal
• Paleo Recipes and Meal Plans
• A “DO/DON’T EAT” Food List
• Helpful Websites and References
• Before and After Weigh-in, Measurements, and Pictures taken by your Paleo Coach
• Attendance to TBD

Monday, September 29th – Sunday, October 26th

Initial Weigh-in:
Friday, September 26th, 5-8pm, by appointmenmt

Final Weigh-in: Sunday, October 26th, 12-2pm

*If there is a scheduling conflict, arrangements may be made to do final weigh-in PRIOR to this date according to coach availability

Wildtree Workshop 9/28/2014

Work is always more fun with friends! Bring a work table, a cutting board and knives, and all the produce, meat, and spices you want as we prep some meals for the Challenge. Don’t forget your Ziploc baggies so you can pop your meals in the freezer for later.
